Set on the guard-gated Hibiscus Island, this waterfront residence — completed in 2022 and sold for approximately $32.5 million — is conceived as a continuous living sequence between interior space and open water.
Framed by panoramic views of the Miami skyline, the architecture dissolves boundaries through floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive volumes, and a layout designed to move fluidly from private interiors to outdoor terraces, pool, and dock.
Within this open framework, La Dolce Vita Bespoke Interiors delivered custom Italian cabinetry and bespoke millwork that anchors the space—introducing precision, warmth, and control against an otherwise transparent envelope.
Rather than defining the experience, the interiors calibrate it—through material continuity, proportion, and quiet detailing across kitchens, living areas, and private suites.
This project captures La Dolce Vita’s ability to shape waterfront living as a spatial experience, where architecture opens outward, and interiors bring it back into focus.
