Recently, La Dolce Vita Bespoke Interiors welcomed clients, collaborators, and members of the design community for an intimate gathering inside one of its newest Fort Lauderdale residences: 1400 West Lake Drive.
Set within the exclusive Harbor Beach enclave, the waterfront residence occupies a remarkable point-lot setting with expansive views across Lake Sylvia and the Fort Lauderdale skyline. Throughout the home, walls of glass, Italian finishes, and carefully considered architectural details create a seamless relationship between interior and exterior living.
Hosted within the completed residence itself, the event offered guests an opportunity to experience firsthand the craftsmanship, architectural clarity, and thoughtful execution that define the project. More than a project unveiling, the evening became a conversation about what it truly takes to transform vision into reality.
A highlight of the gathering was a discussion led by Luca Ro, Head of Project Management at La Dolce Vita Bespoke Interiors. Invited by Tim Schirripa, Luca shared insight into the coordination, precision, and discipline required to successfully deliver highly customized residential environments. The conversation explored the often-unseen work behind exceptional homes—from bespoke detailing and fabrication to the integration of materials, millwork, and architectural intent.
Designed by Sabrina Wilson of Sabrina Rose Interiors, developed by Cicardo Development, and built in collaboration with Colony Construction Group, 1400 West Lake Drive represents a seamless fusion of architecture, interiors, and craftsmanship.
Spanning three levels, the residence was designed around both entertaining and everyday living. Wellness spaces, gathering environments, expansive outdoor terraces, and thoughtfully integrated living areas contribute to a home that feels equally suited for celebration, relaxation, and daily life. Throughout the residence, La Dolce Vita Bespoke Interiors crafted and manufactured the custom millwork and bespoke furnishings, bringing together functionality, elegance, and Italian craftsmanship in every detail.
What makes 1400 West Lake Drive particularly compelling is not any single feature, but the way every element contributes to a cohesive living experience. From the waterfront setting and indoor-outdoor continuity to the craftsmanship found throughout the interiors, the residence reflects a shared commitment to creating environments that feel timeless, intentional, and deeply connected to the way people live.
The evening served as a reminder that extraordinary residences are never the result of a single decision. They emerge through the alignment of vision, collaboration, craftsmanship, and execution.
1400 West Lake Drive stands as a testament to that process—a residence designed not only to be admired, but to be experienced.
At La Dolce Vita Bespoke Interiors, design is never separated from execution.
It is carried through to the very last detail.
